on trying to reinstall my messenger got the following error: the file C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Installs\ymsgrs8us.exe........ not be opened. how can i solve this problem and download.
Error....."the file C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Installs\ymsgrs8u... not be opened.
delete the "C:\Program Files\Yahoo!" folder and then do a reinstall
